　　南京弘陽(yáng)熹樾項(xiàng)目位于南京市溧水區(qū)，占地面積：67191.56㎡，建筑面積：1500㎡，項(xiàng)目整體由四棟中式建筑門(mén)庭相連接，在建筑、景觀以及照明設(shè)計(jì)都力求將現(xiàn)代精致與古典意韻相融揉，用現(xiàn)代手法傳遞中式意境，最終呈現(xiàn)出及功能、美觀、意境于一體的展示空間。 照明設(shè)計(jì)圍繞新中式風(fēng)格為主旨，結(jié)合建筑的高低錯(cuò)落，形成視覺(jué)差，對(duì)吸引遠(yuǎn)處人流有指向性的作用這一特色，注重光影的搭配，在空間的渲染、視覺(jué)的誘導(dǎo)上，形成有明有暗、有收有放的視覺(jué)感受。白天樹(shù)影斑駁；夜晚，以暖光為主，結(jié)合多種光源營(yíng)造溫馨的整體基調(diào)。最終呈現(xiàn)出既恬靜又有視覺(jué)對(duì)比的展示區(qū)效果。 該項(xiàng)目最終驗(yàn)收得到業(yè)主的高度認(rèn)可，并作為集團(tuán)內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)秀案例及示范案例。

The Nanjing Hongyang Xiyong project is located in Lishui District, Nanjing. It covers an area of 67191.56 square meters and a building area of 1500 square meters. The overall project is connected by four Chinese-style building gates. The architecture, landscape and lighting design strive to combine modernity and classicism. The fusion of meaning and rhyme, using modern techniques to convey the Chinese artistic conception, finally presents a display space integrating function, beauty and artistic conception. The lighting design revolves around the new Chinese style, combined with the height of the building, forming a visual difference, which has a directional effect on attracting the flow of people in the distance. It pays attention to the combination of light and shadow, and forms a bright space in the rendering of the space and visual guidance It is dark, with a visual experience of retracting and releasing. During the day, the shadows of the trees are mottled; at night, warm light is the mainstay, combined with a variety of light sources to create a warm overall tone. The result is a quiet and visually contrasting display area effect. The final acceptance of the project was highly recognized by the owner and served as an excellent case and demonstration case within the group.

　　該建筑建筑呈合院形式布局，由四棟中式建筑門(mén)庭相連接，在燈光設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)，結(jié)合建筑這一特點(diǎn)，在不同區(qū)域分別使用不同的照明方式及燈具來(lái)塑造燈光效果。 其中建筑以埋地?zé)舸蛄两ㄖ芸?，起到重點(diǎn)照明和視覺(jué)引導(dǎo)；墻面石材采用洗墻燈具做墻面勾勒，加強(qiáng)庭院內(nèi)的視覺(jué)引導(dǎo)性；屋面采用燈帶進(jìn)行安裝，射燈在屋頂四周打亮屋面轉(zhuǎn)角結(jié)構(gòu)；入口處采用地埋燈相應(yīng)打亮墻面或格柵；建筑橫向檐口區(qū)域采用內(nèi)置LED線性軟燈帶，勾勒建筑檐口線條，貫穿建筑體量。 The building is arranged in the form of a courtyard, connected by four Chinese-style building gates. The building uses buried lights to brighten the cornice of the building, which plays a key role in lighting and visual guidance; the wall stone uses wall wash lamps as the wall outline to enhance the visual guidance in the courtyard; the roof is installed with light strips, and the spotlights are on the roof The corner structure of the roof is brightened all around; the wall or grille is illuminated by buried lights at the entrance; the built-in LED linear soft light strips are used in the horizontal cornice area of ??the building to outline the cornice line of the building and penetrate the building volume.

　　節(jié)能措施及效果

　　1、燈具選用光效高，壽命長(zhǎng)，能耗低的LED燈具，從安裝方式出發(fā)在保證美觀的同時(shí)避免眩光等光污染的產(chǎn)生。 1. Use LED lamps with high luminous efficiency, long life, and low energy consumption. Starting the installation method, it can ensure the beauty while avoiding light pollution such as glare.

　　照明設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)

1.由于建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)原因，該項(xiàng)目在沿街面有大塊墻面做了遮擋，在遮擋的情況下，難以凸顯建筑的展示區(qū)立面，也無(wú)法在遠(yuǎn)距離起到視覺(jué)引導(dǎo)，這是一個(gè)售樓展示區(qū)面臨的較大問(wèn)題，在此條件下，我們采用加強(qiáng)高層頂部的展示效果，解決遮擋問(wèn)題，從而起到視覺(jué)引導(dǎo)作用。（如圖）

Under the condition of shelter, it is difficult to highlight the facade of the buildings display area, and it cannot provide visual guidance at a long distance. 2. 由于建筑群相對(duì)分散，在視線上難以表達(dá)主次分明及明暗對(duì)比的情況下， 會(huì)讓整個(gè)項(xiàng)目過(guò)于單調(diào)及無(wú)特色。在這個(gè)問(wèn)題上，我們采用屋面及結(jié)構(gòu)輪廓串聯(lián)勾勒的形式將建筑效果統(tǒng)一，再通過(guò)重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)的手法突出建筑主次。（如圖）

2.
